  • OUR TEAM

    Head coach and founder Jack Smith lives and breathes football, it's his passion to develop and inspire young football players to reach their potential. Drawing from his experience as a full time academy player and semi professional footballer from the UK, he wants to share his experience and wealth of knowledge to the next generation of up and coming football players. 

  • OUR VISION

    Our vision here at Top Squad Soccer Academy is to help young football players progress their ability and create pathways into higher levels of football. As a football coach we're in a privileged position to not only develop football ability, but help develop life skills and future role models within sport and also the wider community.  

  • OUR TRAINING

    We have 2 main focuses in our training which are individual and team. We understand how important it is for players to progress as individuals, but we want our players to also understand how important it is to play as a TEAM. This is why in our training we incorporate both focuses into every session.

TERM TRAINING

Our soccer team training is specifically tailored to enhance your team's understanding of the tactical sides of the game. We achieve this by introducing various formations, shapes, and player positions, providing a comprehensive understanding of how these elements contribute to effective gameplay. We emphasize the strategic importance of player positioning in relation to the ball's location on the field.

1:1 COACHING

Our one-on-one individual development sessions provides each player with specific, game scenario exercises that are individually prepared according to the demand of the player. We can focus on any aspect of your game, whether it’s technical, tactical, physical or psychological.
